CEO Ask Me Anything

As the Creative Design Manager, I partnered with my design team and the marketing department to produce a video interview with the CEO, replacing the traditional company-wide town hall meeting. The video combined important company-related questions with more personal, lighthearted ones, offering employees insight into both the business and the CEO’s personality. We focused on creating a polished yet approachable format to maintain engagement while conveying key messages from leadership. This project not only provided a fresh, creative alternative to a live event but also enhanced communication between the CEO and the wider organization.
